Delete Your DriveNote Account
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the DriveNote app.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the DriveNote app on your device
- Go to Settings (bottom navigation bar)
- Scroll to the Account section
- Tap Delete account & data
- Confirm deletion in the dialog
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Local trip data — all trips, routes, and statistics stored on your device
- Cloud trip data — all trip data synced to Firebase Firestore
- Account data — your sign-in association and user profile in the app
- Consent preferences — your privacy and analytics choices
This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, your trip data cannot be recovered.
We recommend exporting your data (Settings → Export) before deleting your account.
Data Retention
After account deletion:
- Your trip data and account data are removed from our systems.
- Anonymous crash reports previously submitted to Firebase Crashlytics may be retained for up to 90 days for stability analysis.
- Any data required by applicable law may be retained for the legally required period.
Can't Access the App?
If you are unable to access the app to delete your account, you can request deletion by email:
Send an email to
theaitoolsdev@gmail.com
from the email address associated with your DriveNote account.
Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
We will process your request within 30 days.
